Soul Winning
A soul-winning program is a crucial aspect of any church ministry as it focuses on evangelism, which is the core of Christianity. A soul-winning program involves reaching out to people who are not yet saved and sharing the gospel message with them.
Target Group: The target group for this program are people who are not yet saved or have backslidden.
Soul-winning is a vital part of any church ministry, and it involves sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with those who do not yet know Him as their Savior.
We work together to reach out to those who are lost and in need of salvation.
Soul-winning, is a rewarding experience, as members work together towards a common goal. Through prayer, preparation, outreach, follow-up, discipleship, and support, We are able to make a significant impact in the lives of those who do not yet know Christ, and bring them to a place of salvation and transformation.
Leadership Development
We play a vital role in leading and guiding the church, and it is important that memebrs are equipped with the necessary skills to fulfill their roles effectively. Here are some ways that leadership development can be carried out for a church ministry consisting of a group of pastors as ministry members:
- Mentoring: Experienced pastors within us can provide mentoring to younger or less experienced leaders. This can involve sharing wisdom, providing advice, and guiding them in their roles.
- Training: We organize training sessions that focus on specific areas of leadership development, such as preaching, counseling, pastoral care, or administration.
- Conferences and Seminars:These are usually on leadership development and we always get to learn from experts in the field. These events provide opportunities for networking and building relationships with other pastors and ministry leaders.
- Retreats: We organize retreats where we come together to pray, study the Bible, and reflect on our roles as church leaders. This provides an opportunity to recharge and renew their commitment to their calling.
- Team Building: We engage in team-building activities that help to foster unity and cooperation within the team. These activities can include prayer, worship, Bible study, and social events.
- Accountability: Each member is held accountable for their roles as pastors, ensuring that they are fulfilling their responsibilities effectively and with integrity.
Family welfare
Family was the most important unit in the society, with the capability to positively or negatively shaping the society. Family welfare programme is of the essence to re-awake those values, principles, doctrines and cultures that were essential in strengthening the family at this point in time, where most homes were passing through turbulent waters. We bring together and urge stakeholders from the country to discuss on critical issues confronting families in the region and identify both short and long term strategies to help resolve those challenges.
Pastors Fellowship Mbeya particularly places strong emphasis on family as the basic unit of the church and society, because families are the building blocks of any society. we aim to strengthen love and togetherness in many homes amongst the family members. Strong marriages should be built on faith in God, love, self-respect, transparency, forgiveness and repentance among the couples. the family as a pillar that holds the society, the stronger the society.
Church planting
Pastors Fellowship Mbeya places a strong emphasis on planting churches in unreached areas. So our vision is for the growth rate of new churches in our respective regions in the nation to increase rapidly. Every year we continue to see local churches planted which helps us in our goal of reaching more people with the Good News of Jesus Christ. In this manner all churches work together in a unified way to spread the gospel. We have churches planted in all kinds of environments, from large metropolitan slums, to remote rural villages.
We help and assist future church planters who desire to plant congregations in villages across Tanzania. Church Planting is one of the most powerful methods of bringing spiritual revival in the African context. The project is sought transcending time and space with the foremost endeavor.
