About Us

Pastors Fellowship Mbeya

Pastors Fellowship Mbeya (PFM) is a fellowship of pastors from different churches in the southern highlands of Tanzania – East Africa. We are based in the southern highlands of Tanzania bordering Zambia and Malawi on its southwest.
PFM is Bible based, Christ centerd and Holy Spirit empowered. God’s Word is our final authority in all matters of faith and conduct. We follow Jesus Christ as Saviour and serve Him as Lord. We operate in the leading and enablement of the Holy Spirit.

MISSION

MISSION

To develop great Leaders who will build strong churches.

Our mission

Pastors Fellowship Mbeya is a Christian non-profit organization, as our name reflects, we prefer to think of ourselves as a Fellowship and family as God’ children, though we come from different denominations. More specifically, we’re a family of thousands of people around the world who all believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. And because we believe in Him, we’re committed to obey Him. Our family consists not only of our ministry leaders, but also every contributor and beneficiary.

Our mission is simple. We are called to advance the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ on earth. We accomplish that by strategically linking kingdom needs and opportunities to resources provided by those who love Jesus.

Through strategic partnerships, Pastors Fellowship Mbeya invests in

  1. Pastors and church leaders training through seminars and conferences
  2. Discipling Christ’s followers
  3. Serving the suffering—particularly those whom He referred to as the “least of these” (Matt 25:31-46, 28:19-20).

Our objectives

  1. To provide fellowship and relationship for the Pastors and their Leaders without external control.
  2. To encourage Pastors and Leaders to grow spiritually, put ministry tools in their hands and provide ongoing spiritual and practical support.
  3. To reach out and provide training and mentorship to pastors who have relatively weaker churches due to lack of empowerment and exposure.
  4. To Network with Leaders of like Vision and Doctrine, for the purpose of accountability, encouragement, equipping, strengthening and vision expansion.
  5. To help build strong churches that are self-governing, self supporting and self propagating for effective kingdom service.
  6. To provide a Spiritual and Practical support system of genuine Men and Women, who can give wisdom, counsel, and strength in times of need.
  7. To create Local, National, and international forums and opportunities, for leaders to be refreshed, revived, and restored to get new perspectives on the ministry.
