About Us

PASTORS FELLOWSHIP MBEYA

Pastors Fellowship Mbeya (PFM) is a fellowship of pastors from different churches in the southern highlands of Tanzania – East Africa. We are based in the southern highlands of Tanzania bordering Zambia and Malawi on its southwest.

PFM is Bible based, Christ centerd and Holy Spirit empowered. God's Word is our final authority in all matters of faith and conduct. We follow Jesus Christ as Saviour and serve Him as Lord. We operate in the leading and enablement of the Holy Spirit.

Theology of the ministry

We seek to help ministers deepen their understanding of their vocation and to provide a theological framework for effective and faithful ministry.

We prioritize the needs and well-being of the followers over our self-interests.

Through this we ensure that the different needs and perspectives of the congregation are represented and addressed

We provide resources and opportunities for individuals to deepen their understanding of the Bible, develop their spiritual gifts, and serve the church and community.

We ensure that the resources of the church are being used effectively and in alignment with God's will.

We operate autonomously while While maintaining accountability and a spirit of cooperation with other churches and denominational structures.
